WHAT WE DO....
NEW CONSTRUCTION
Titan Premier Custom Homes specializes in tear down and new builds in established in-fill neighbor-hoods. We believe large trees and existing streets help make great houses.
DEVELOPMENT
We love to develop and have experience in residential sub divisions, office buildings, retail, and multi-family projects.
REPOSITION
Not all properties deserve the wrecking ball and many of our projects are candidates for major overhauls. It may be adding a second story to a residential property or completely changing the look of a commercial building, we understand the principal of highest and best use for our assets.
